Notes: This incredible tone machine was owned, played and recorded by none other than Doyle Dykes, on his “Chameleon” album. According to Dykes, many guitar players told him that this was the best sounding electric guitar they’d ever heard (his words, not ours). Includes a letter from Mr. Dykes, confirming ownership and appreciation of this historic instrument. Superb, celebrity-owned and -played, investment-grade instrument in excellent condition. Dykes used this Les Paul for "Bye Bye Blues" and "Over the Rainbow" on the album. Included is a picture Dykes performing with the guitar at the Chet Atkins Appreciation Society.
